Krankmeldung

Die Krankmeldung ist bis zum Beginn des neuen Schuljahres deaktiviert.

Bitte melden Sie ihr Kind in den Ferien nur telefonisch krank. Danke!

Bitte denken Sie unbedingt daran, im Krankheitsfall folgende Schritte auszuführen:

Schritt #1

Die Krankmeldung bis 7:30 Uhr des ersten Fehltages mit Hilfe des hiesigen Formulars. Dieser Schritt ist wichtig, damit wir wissen, warum Ihr Kind nicht hier ist und dass alles in Ordnung ist.

Schritt #2

Bitte eine kurze schriftliche Begründung des Fernbleibens formulieren.

Schritt #3

Am dritten Tag der Abwesenheit muss eine schriftliche Entschuldigung samt Unterschrift des Erziehungsberichtigten vorliegen. (AV Schulpflicht) Sie können dies auch gerne  als Scan per E-Mail am dritten Tag schicken und dann das Original Ihrem Kind mitgeben, wenn es wieder in die Schule kommt.

Es kommt immer mal wieder zu unentschuldigten Fehlzeiten auf den Zeugnissen, aufgrund von Versäumnissen bei den o. g. Schritten. Bitte helfen Sie uns, die Anwesenheiten korrekt zu erfassen und fragen Sie auch noch einmal bei Ihrem Kind nach, ob es den Entschuldigungsantrag auch abgegeben hat.
